  • Third-party platforms (OTAs) Direct reservations are subject to confirmation by the hotel and are considered valid only once the corresponding payment or advance has been confirmed, as the case may be.

  • 3. RATES AND PAYMENTS

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to guarantee the reservation.

  • 4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICIES Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the rate booked.
  • Cancellations made outside the established deadline may incur charges.

  • In case of no-show on the arrival date, the hotel may retain the corresponding amount. Specific conditions will be provided at the time of booking.

  • 7. HOTEL LIABILITY Hotel Tuparenda Bacalar is not responsible for:
  • Personal belongings left behind or lost on the premises.

  • Service interruptions beyond the hotel's control.

    • 8. GUEST CONDUCT The hotel reserves the right of admission and continued stay in case of conduct that disturbs the peace, safety or well-being of other guests or staff.

    9. PETS AND UNREGISTERED GUESTS Due to internal hotel policies, pets are not allowed on the premises of Hotel Tuparenda Bacalar. Likewise, access is not permitted to individuals who are not duly staying and/or registered at the hotel, including external visitors to guest rooms or common areas. Failure to comply with this policy may result in denial of access, additional charges, or cancellation of the stay without refund, at the hotel's discretion.
